Hi, Marta! My name is María, and we are at the same class.
First of all, congratulations for your blog. You've worked a lot, and the result is really good.
Now, relating to this task, I like it very much. I think you have planned a funny way of learning new vocabulary and structures of the grammar. In fact, with this activity you are working all the skills (listening with the song, writing and reading with the crossword, and speaking and use of English with the conversation).
Finally, I want to highlight that students need to be motivated in order to reach a real learning. And with this sequenced task with parts which are different between them (not all the time the same kind of activity), they are going to be interested in doing it.
I´m Stevie, we´re in the same ICT class. I think your blog has a good variety of activities ensuring the use of different skills such as reading and grammar in use. It seems like you´ve tried to make an activity to develop listening skills too, however I would have posted a link to the song that is used for the crossword. Unless it has been posted but i can´t view it, i´m not sure where to find it. This activity is a fun way to reinforce the fruit vocabulary and to review spelling. Great job
First of all, I wanted to say that I really like the idea of the crosswords, since the students can be very motivated to find the hidden word.
On the other hand, I think some clues are very well given, but others are a bit difficult to guess the word. For example, some clues say "it's red" or "it's orange"; I think there is a bit of information missing because there are many things red or orange.
Apart from this, I think it's an activity that can motivate students.
